1. Order Cancellation Policy 
General Rule: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed and payment is confirmed.

2. Refund and Return Policy 
Returns & Exchanges 
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or replacements are not accepted once the order is placed.

In case of Damaged product received replacement/exchange will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Refunds Issued Only For:
Duplicate Payment: In case of an accidental double charge for the same order.

Refund Request Process
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
